Silicone Coated Protection Sleeve is disgned to protect hoses, wires and cables from the hazards of high heat and occasional flame.

Silicone Coated Protection Sleeve protects continuously to 260°C/500°F and will withstand a molten splash at 1200°C/2200°F.

Made of knitted fiberglass yarns in a flexible substrate, it is then coated with a high grade silicone rubber.

Resistant to hydraulic fluids, Iubricating oils, and fuels, Slicone Sleeve insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing;protects employees from burns;and allows “bunding” of wires, hoses, and cables.

Silco Fiberglass High temperature sleeve can withstand repeated exposures to molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass up to 3000°F (1650°C).

Silco Fiberglass coated silicone fire sleeving will withstand continuous exposure to 500° F (260°C); up to 2000°F (1090°C) for 15-20 minutes; and up to 3000°F (1650°C) for 15-30 seconds.

When exposed to flame, the silicone rubber transforms into a crust, creating a protective SiO2 refractory layer.

Silicone Coated is constructed from high bulk glass fiber braided sleeve.
