The main purpose of the mask flame retardant performance tester is to test the combustion performance of medical masks after contacting the flame at a certain linear speed.

Standards compliant: GB 19083-2010, YY 0469-2011, GB 2626-2019 Test principle of mask flame retardant performance tester: Using propane as the combustion power source, the system is equipped with a metal head mold, and the mask is brought into the metal head mold.

The metal head mold is equipped with a rotating speed that can be adjusted, set a certain moving speed and height, and observe and detect through the high temperature combustion of 800 °C.

5 - Burning time and flame retardant time are automatically recorded and displayed digitally.

6 - Equipped with flame temperature measurement probe and flame temperature display.

Technical parameters of mask flame retardant performance tester: 01 - The moving speed of the nose end of the head mold is (60±5)mm/s; 02 - The flame height can be adjusted (adjusted at 40±4mm when leaving the factory); 03 - The diameter of the flame temperature measuring probe is 1.5mm; 04 - The temperature of the flame at a height of (20±2)mm from the top of the burner is (800±50)℃; 05 - The distance between the top of the burner and the low point of the hood is (20±2)mm; 06 - The height adjustment range of the burner is 30mm; 07 - The wall thickness of the metal head die is 2-3mm, which is resistant to flame and combustion; 08 - Timer for afterburning time and smoldering time: 0～99.99 seconds, accuracy: ±0.1 seconds; 09 - Power supply: AC220V, 50Hz, 800W; 10 - Gas used: a tank of propane gas.
