Seaweed Dried Apricots - Vietnam

Description: Large dusty algae, 40-60cm tall, or more, yellowish brown or olive brown.

Parts used: Full tree - Sargassum, Thallus Sargassi, commonly called Hai algae

Chemical composition: Seaweed contains 10-15% inorganic salt (including many iodine 0.3-0.8%, arsenic, potassium), 1-2% lipid, 4-5% protid and lots of algin or alginic acid.

Uses:
