New Rolling Box Ici Pilling Tester - China

The Rolling Box ICI Pilling Tester is used to detect the difficulty of the fabric snagging under normal wearing conditions, and to evaluate whether the product meets the standard quality.

Standards compliant: A, S, T, M, D3939, GB/T 11047 Main accessories: The Rolling Box Pilling Tester/ICI Pilling Tester comes with a viewing box and a comparison chart for different fabric structures.

Equipped with 4 test rollers (covered with the fabric to be tested), the hammer ball is a tungsten carbide head and is controlled by a predetermined electronic counter.

Detection principle: When testing, the cylindrical sample is put on the rotating drum, and the hammer suspended by the chain is placed on the surface of the sample.

When the drum rotates at a constant speed, the hammer will randomly turn over on the surface of the sample, jump, and hook the sample, and the surface of the sample will be hooked.

After the specified number of revolutions, the degree of snagging of the sample is rated against the standard sample.

Two-station, four-station optional.

Precautions: 1 - The average value of the experiment, if it is not an integer, is rounded to the nearest half level.

2 - The difference in the rating results of each sample should not exceed half a grade, otherwise the grade of each sample will be reported separately.

3 - If a new cork liner is installed in the rolling box, it needs to be put into the empty pipe and run for 200 hours before use.

4 - The cork liner can be wiped with a small amount of methylated alcohol.
